A new certification scheme endorsed by PASMA is helping importers prove that their towers and ladders meet UK safety standards. The scheme is operated by the Test & Research Centre, who grant a Safe & Sure Seal to products that pass its rigorous testing and audit process.
The scheme is also open to manufacturers who claim their tower components are compatible with components from another manufacturer, in line with the PASMA Compatibility Protocol. In fact, the very first Safe & Sure Seal went to a hybrid tower.
